Makayla Montenegro
Operations/Client Services
Makayla Montenegro is in Client Services. Her job involves accounting, booking restaurants, overseeing seminar rotations, and more. She’s been working in this industry since college, and values keeping clients’ best interests in mind. Makayla is outgoing and funny, but very organized and responsible. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling, and sports.
Samantha Smentek
Client Services
Samantha Smentek works in Client Services. Her job entails working with clients to handle any needs they have for their policies. Updates, withdrawals, allocation changes, etc. She also prepares the files for annual client reviews. Samantha previously worked from home, in an account management job. However, she began working with Freedom Dream Team, for the opportunity to both learn and help others learn important info. When not helping clients, though, Samantha enjoys traveling, as well as spending time with her family and pets.
Alisa Cagliari
Transfer Department
Alisa Cagliari is in the Transfer Department. She handles the application, transfer, and delivery processes. She’s had numerous jobs where she’s held similar positions. Alisa appreciates the streamlined simplicity and efficiency of Freedom Dream Team. She appreciates all that she’s learned by working with the company. When not working, Alisa enjoys doing DIY projects, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Mia.
Xochitl Michael
Appointment Coordinator
Xochitl Michael holds the role of Appointment Coordinator at Freedom Dream Team. She’s mainly responsible for scheduling and setting appointments and calling clients to confirm appointments, as well as generally helping out at seminar events.
Xochitl previously worked as a Dual Center Manager for Regus, where she was responsible for running a professional workplace, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team performance, and driving commercial growth within her assigned Regus center or cluster of centers. She enjoys making everyone feel welcome and strives to deliver the best customer service possible. Xochitl is loving, caring, outgoing, and has a big heart. She is a sports fanatic, always gives her best, and is willing to go the extra mile for the people she cares for.
Born and raised in Orange County, Southern California, she and her husband (and their daughter) now live in Henderson. Their daughter participates in volleyball, basketball, and gymnastics. The family is generally very outgoing and athletic, enjoying activities such as camping, snowboarding, and skiing in Mammoth, as well as spending time at Lake Havasu. The family also has a German Shorthaired Pointer named Harley.
