Anthony Montenegro joined Freedom Dream Team, Inc. in 2007, which was started in 1984. He has an affinity for helping people and appreciates knowing he’s keeping clients’ finances safe.
Anthony has been in this business for nearly half his life, and understands the industry as well as anyone out there. He helps provide clients with safer money solutions, to protect their money, even in bad economic conditions. He and his staff are dedicated to having the best customer service in the industry.
Anthony does live training monthly for hundreds of agents. He is among Forbes’ Top Financial Security Professionals of 2021 and 2022.
Anthony is dedicated, caring, and hard-working. However, he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He’s married, with 2 daughters. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and sports
Makayla Montenegro
Operations/Client Services
Makayla Montenegro is in Client Services. Her job involves accounting, booking restaurants, overseeing seminar rotations, and more. She’s been working in this industry since college, and values keeping clients’ best interests in mind. Makayla is outgoing and funny, but very organized and responsible. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling, and sports.
Samantha Smentek
Client Services
Samantha Smentek works in Client Services. Her job entails working with clients to handle any needs they have for their policies. Updates, withdrawals, allocation changes, etc. She also prepares the files for annual client reviews. Samantha previously worked from home, in an account management job. However, she began working with Freedom Dream Team, for the opportunity to both learn and help others learn important info. When not helping clients, though, Samantha enjoys traveling, as well as spending time with her family and pets.
Curt Chojnowski
Financial Professional
Curt holds life, health, and disability insurance licenses as well as an Annuity license. He loves meeting new people and helping them learn how to take better care of themselves, keep more of their savings, and hopefully, improve their financial situation overall.
Prior to working with us, Curt was employed by a Fortune 100 company (Kroger/Fred Meyer) and was awarded vend0r/buyer of the year in 2001, recognized for making the largest purchase in the history of Fred Meyer. He enjoys continuing his education within the insurance advisory field; Curt constantly keeps up with and studies anything related to the insurance industry to grow his knowledge and sharpen his skills.
Curt is dedicated, driven, persistent, and a family man. He was born and raised in Pierce County, WA. He’s the youngest boy in a large catholic family with seven siblings, and currently lives in University Palace, WA, with his wife, Denise. They have two adult daughters who each have kids of their own, too.
Alisa Cagliari
Transfer Department
Alisa Cagliari is in the Transfer Department. She handles the application, transfer, and delivery processes. She’s had numerous jobs where she’s held similar positions. Alisa appreciates the streamlined simplicity and efficiency of Freedom Dream Team. She appreciates all that she’s learned by working with the company. When not working, Alisa enjoys doing DIY projects, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Mia.
Paul Schuyler
Financial Professional
Paul Schuyler is a financial professional with Freedom Dream Team who handles various tasks to help expand the business, such as meetings with clients and policy deliveries. He’s dedicated to serving clients’ best interests and enjoys being able to truly help those in need. Paul is honest, fair, analytical, and to the point. He’s confident, and pushes the team to grow, provide solutions, and complete projects. Prior to working with us, he utilized his strong work ethic working as the sales manager of the commercial division for a construction firm in Las Vegas. When not working, Paul loves spending time with his family. He lives with his wife, Monica, their two sons Harper and Wyatt, and their dog, a white lab named Rain.
